Meanwhile, Qili can arrange engineers to install the machinery at your site and offer simple operational training. This enables both your equipment manager and operators to gather a greater understanding of the characteristics, safety precautions, and maintenance requirement of your new equipment.

Qili’s products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If you encounter a problem with the machine within the warranty period, you can contact our service staff and describe the issue through text, picture, or video. We will provide you with the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

If you cannot handle the problems by yourself, we will send engineers for on-site repair. Additionally, we maintain a large stock of spare parts. Therefore, you can purchase parts from us even if your machine is out of warranty and we will ship them immediately.

Other than producing cold forging machines, Qili also provides design consulting services to provide customers with professional solutions for upgrading, recomposing or reassembling cold forging presses. Your questions will be answered within 24hours.

To make sure that the delivered products are in good condition, our products are wrapped with several layers of plastic film to protect the equipment from scratches during transportation. This effectively avoids damaging the equipment and brings convenience to customers for unpacking.
